The municipal council unanimously adopted the direction to remove, for the purposes of social housing, the subject to the right of preemption of the 11 properties designated by their lot numbers, which had been subject to resolution CG20 0141 of February 24, 2020. It also mandated the Legal Affairs Service to undertake the required procedures, including the cancellation of the notices of subject to the Land Register.
