The municipal council approves the draft deed of dissolution of the divided co-ownership of the property located at 9350 Pie-IX Boulevard, in the borough of Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension. The City consents to the dissolution of the co-ownership, to the cadastral modification and to the reassignment of the mortgage published under number 29 248 645, according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the draft deed.
