The municipal council approved a lease amendment with Galion Équité S.E.C. to rent, for nine years and seven months starting from August 1, 2026, 43,850 square feet of office space on the 8th and 9th floors of 1611 Crémazie Boulevard East, for the Supply Service and the Road Network Infrastructure Service, at a total expenditure of $14,487,192, taxes included. It also approved a recurring adjustment of the budget base of the Real Estate Strategy and Housing Service for 2028, in the amount of $354,509, net.
