The municipal council acknowledged the report from the Commission on the review of contracts and awarded Environnement Routier NRJ inc. a four-year contract to operate the Langelier snow disposal site, in the borough of Saint-Léonard. The total authorized expenditure is $5,260,278.71, taxes included, including contingency and quantity variation budgets.
