The council acknowledged the report from the Standing Committee on the review of contracts and approved a three-year framework agreement with Thibault & Associates to provide, upon request, fire pumps with a nominal capacity of 6,000 liters per minute, for a maximum amount of $44,475,536.18, taxes included. It also authorized an expenditure of $6,671,330.43, taxes included, as a contingency budget, and requested an evaluation of the supplier's performance.
