The municipal council approves the lease project by which the City rents from His Majesty the King on behalf of Canada, for 20 years starting January 1, 2025, a site of 941 square meters in the Lachine Canal, in the Sud-Ouest borough. The site will be used for the maintenance and servicing of two water pipes of 600 millimeters each, for a total rent of $117,330.78, taxes included.
