The municipal council awarded Les Entreprises Cogenex inc. the contract to reconstruct the sewer, water main, roadway, lighting, and traffic lights on Wilson Avenue, from Sherbrooke Street to Côte-Saint-Antoine Road, in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. It authorized a total expenditure of $2,011,374.62, taxes included, including contingency and incident budgets, and decided to evaluate the company's performance.
