The municipal council approved an additional financial support of $24,000 to the Cité des Arts du Cirque (TOHU) to compensate for the impacts of the construction sites during the 2026 edition of the Montréal Complètement Cirque festival, from July 2 to 12, 2026. It also approved the draft agreement between the City of Montreal and the organization, which establishes the terms and conditions for the payment of the support.
