The municipal council approved addendum 1 to the financial contribution agreement between UTILE Polytechnique and the City, as well as the subordination and non-intervention agreement between the Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec, UTILE Polytechnique and the City of Montreal. It authorized the director of the Housing Service to sign the agreement and, under the stipulated conditions, any act of mortgage rank assignment.
