The municipal council approved a 24-month framework agreement with Plasti-Bac Inc., the lowest compliant bidder, for the supply and distribution of household waste collection tools in 2026 and 2027, upon request. The agreement provides for a maximum amount of $2,341,207.99, taxes included, and a contingency budget of $117,060.40, taxes included; a performance evaluation of the firm will also be conducted.
