The municipal council approved the sale to the Société de transport de Montréal of a vacant lot of approximately 202.8 square meters, in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, for the sum of $115,000, plus applicable taxes, in order to construct a transformer station. It also authorized the Société de transport de Montréal to begin the work and approved the closure and removal from the public domain of this part of the lot.
