The municipal council ratified the agreement with the Ministry, which grants the City a grant of $16,409,137.60 under component 2 of the OASIS program, and authorized an additional budget of revenues and expenditures of $689,268 to the General Directorate. The City and its partners commit to pay 20% of eligible expenses, all ineligible expenses, and any cost overruns related to the project.
