The municipal council authorizes, for the year 2026, a budget transfer of $6,599,000, net of rebates and grants, from the Decennial Capital Program of the Culture, Sports and Recreation Service to the borough of Saint-Léonard. This funding will be used to complete the development of the soccer field equipped with a permanent inflatable structure at Hébert Park, along with a transfer of authorized credits of $6,691,074.76, net of rebates, required to continue the project.
