The city council approved the lease project with the Société de la Place des arts de Montréal to rent 50 indoor parking spaces in Ville-Marie, for a period of 25 years retroactively starting from October 1, 2025. These spaces will serve the needs of the Montreal City Police Service, for a total rent of $3,547,501.89, taxes included.
