The municipal council approved the lease amendment with Développement Olymbec inc. for five years starting November 1, 2033, to rent a space of 138,865 square feet in Anjou for the needs of the City of Montreal Police Service. The total approved expenditure is $15,319,578, taxes included, and the budget adjustments indicated for 2033 and 2034 have also been approved.
