The municipal council approves the lease project with 888 De Maisonneuve Commercial Trust, represented by Busac Inc., to rent a space of 12,684 square feet at 888 De Maisonneuve Boulevard East, for ten years starting from February 1, 2027. The space will serve the metro unit of Police Station 50 of the City of Montreal, for a total rent of $4,836,594.23, taxes included.
