The municipal council recommends concluding, for 36 months with two extension options and a three-month transition option, framework agreements for the supply of bulk fuels: Harnois Énergies inc. for lot 1 ($19,863,885.83), Mazout G. Belanger inc. for lot 2 ($3,172,620.15), Parkland Corporation for lot 3 ($640,663.01), and Mazout G. Belanger inc. for lot 4 ($1,208,617.20), taxes included. It also recommends evaluating the performance of the firms and charging the expenses to the budgets of central services and affiliated cities, as needed.
