The municipal council approved the draft agreement between the City of Montreal and Hydro-Québec for the transfer of the underground network of Hydro-Québec located on Hochelaga Street, between Assomption Boulevard and Dickson Street, in the Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough. It authorized the president of the Montreal Electric Services Commission to sign the required documents on behalf of the City.
