The city council approves the amendment of the lease with the Fabrique de la paroisse de Saint-Charles for premises intended for a temporary library at 2115, rue du Centre, notably the postponement of possession to September 1, 2026, and the increase of the area to 8,864.94 square feet. It authorizes an additional expense of $288,206.14, non-taxable, for rent, construction work, and contingencies, as well as the transfer of $236,755.23, non-taxable, already approved by resolution CM25 0427.
