The municipal council recommends approving the first agreement amending the lease of September 25, 2025, between the City and the Montreal Housing and Development Corporation, in order to modify clause 4.5 on the monetary allocation. It also recommends authorizing a budget of revenues and expenses of $22,500,000, net of rebates, for the renovation work of the Chaussegros-de-Léry building, reimbursable by the Corporation.
