The municipal council approved a fourth lease amendment with Aquakern Inc. to rent, for five years starting August 1, 2026, an office space of 7,448 square feet at 1625 Church Street, in Verdun, for the 15th precinct of the Montreal City Police Service. The total rent is $1,275,937, taxes included.
