The city council approved the first lease amendment agreement with Développement Vue Phase IV inc. to lease an office space of 9,000 square feet at 7409 Mountain Sights Avenue, for the needs of the City of Montreal Police Service. The lease is for a duration of 12 years and 22 days starting from March 10, 2026, for a total rent of $5,807,275.72, taxes included.
