The municipal council approved the free loan, to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Canadian), of a 3,955 square foot space in Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension, for two years starting from July 1, 2026. The space will be used to store animal food and equipment related to community activities; the real estate grant is estimated at $94,920.
