The municipal council approved a guarantee from the City of Montreal of $2,000,000 in favor of the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), under the agreement between the CIB and GALOPH, a non-profit organization. This guarantee aims to finance the studies necessary for the implementation of the residential development project at the racetrack site.
