The municipal council directed the agglomeration council to grant the consortium composed of CCM2 Architects Inc., Cardin Julien Inc., L2C Consulting Experts Inc., Équipe Laurence Inc. and CBTEC Inc. the professional services contract for the permanent 9-1-1 call center (site 2), in the amount of $2,434,734.74, taxes included. It also directed the council to authorize contingency budgets of $486,946.95 and incidentals of $632,300.61, taxes included, for a total expenditure of $3,553,982.30, taxes included.
