The municipal council approved the two 12-month extensions of the framework agreement with Toxyscan Technologie inc. for the management of safety data sheets (SDS) (WHMIS 2015), from January 2, 2026, to January 1, 2028, with no additional expenditure. The estimated amount of the framework agreement is maintained at $131,283.86, taxes included; expenses will be charged to the budgets of the boroughs and the relevant business units, as needed.
