The municipal council directed the agglomeration council to grant by mutual agreement to Tetra Tech QI Inc. a contract for the professional services of integrating the Saint-Jacques and Courcelles retention structures into the integrated control system of the interceptors, for a sum of $687,320.55, taxes included. It also authorized a contingency budget of $103,098.08, taxes included, for a total expenditure of $790,418.63, taxes included.
