The municipal council approves the City's intervention in an amendment to a leasehold agreement between Santé Québec (the Montreal Heart Institute) and the Cardio-Puces Early Childhood Center. The amendment allows for the extension of the leasehold term and the use of lot 2 787 367 to expand the daycare, despite the restriction that reserved its use for medical center purposes.
