The municipal council unanimously adopted the direction to exercise the option for the second 12-month extension of the contracts awarded to Baulne inc. for the maintenance of building mechanical equipment (HVAC) in City properties. It recommends authorizing an additional expenditure of $1,381,551.95, taxes included, as well as a contingency budget of $276,310.38, taxes included.
