The municipal council acknowledged the report of the Standing Committee on the review of contracts and recommended awarding Charex Inc. the contract for the Louvain eco-neighborhood (lot 2), for a total expenditure of $15,366,336, taxes included. It also recommended increasing the allocation of the Infrastructure and Road Network Service, through the environmental liability reserve, by $2,007,312.15, net, to rehabilitate the soils of the former gas station area on the Louvain East site.
